Table Top Induction Idly Cooker With Timer

The Aeonic Table Top Induction Idly Steamer is a high-performance, SOP-driven steamer designed for busy QSRs, cafés, corporate pantries, morning buffets and live counters. With induction heating (3.5 kW), capacity of up to 54 idlys per batch, digital timer with up to 5 programs, automatic water filling, anti-condensate trays below each idly tray, and a door condensate gutter with drain connection, it delivers fast, consistent, clean and repeatable idly batches with minimal operator dependency.

Salient Features
  • Induction-Based Heating – 3.5 kW
  • Capacity: Up to 54 Idlys per Batch
  • Digital Timer with Up to 5 Programmable Programs
  • Program-Based, SOP-Friendly Operation
  • Automatic Water Filling
  • Anti-Condensate Trays Below Each Idly Tray
  • Door Condensate Gutter with Drain Pipe Connection
  • Heavy-Duty Door Handle & Commercial Build

The Aeonic Table Top Induction Idly Steamer is designed for kitchens that need:

  • Higher capacity than a basic electric steamer
  • Strict SOP compliance across shifts and multiple locations
  • Faster cycles and recovery during peak hours
  • Cleaner operation, with proper management of condensate and steam

Typical problems in standard idly steamers:

  • Steaming time is guessed or varied by different staff
  • Steam leaks at the door, causing inefficient and inconsistent cooking
  • Condensate from upper trays drips onto idlys below, making the top centre soggy
  • Condensate from the door drips to the floor, making the area wet and unsafe
  • Staff must keep checking water levels and timing manually

This induction steamer tackles all of that by combining:

  • Induction power (3.5 kW) + 54 idly capacity
  • Multi-program digital timer for saving different SOPs
  • Automatic water filling
  • Anti-condensate trays under each idly tray to prevent drip-soggy idlys
  • Door condensate gutter with drain pipe to keep fronts dry
  • Optimised gasket and venting for efficient steaming

That makes it a true SOP-driven, high-throughput, low-hassle idly solution for serious commercial operations.

    Benefits of This Products

Higher Throughput in the Same Footprint

    • 54 idlys per batchand induction heating mean more output per hour from a table-top unit.
    • Ideal for peak-time breakfast and tiffin loads.

SOP-Driven Quality Across Shifts & Outlets

    • Up to 5 programmable programs let you standardise steaming times for various conditions.
    • Staff just select the program and start, reducing variation between operators and branches.

Better Idly Texture – No Soggy Centres

    • Anti-condensate trays below each idly tray prevent water from upper trays dripping onto lower ones.
    • This avoids the classic problem of pale, soggy top centres on idlys in lower trays.
    • Ensures evenly cooked, fluffy idlys across all levels.

    Dryer, Safer Front Area

    • The door condensate gutter + drain pipe collect and route water directly to the drain.
    • Prevents condensate from dripping onto the floor or counter, improving safety and cleanliness around the machine.

Less Operator Monitoring & Manual Work

    • Once programs are set:
      • No need to manually time every batch
      • No frequent water checking thanks to auto fill
      • Less wiping under the door due to drain-connected gutter
    • Staff can focus on service and other tasks.

More Efficient Steaming & Energy Use

    • Induction heating is more efficient than resistive elements.
    • Controlled gasket and vent design ensures steam is used inside the chamber.
    • Leads to more predictable cycles and better energy utilisation.

    Designed for Real Commercial Workloads

Heavy-duty hardware, robust body and induction technology suited for multiple cycles per service in fast-paced environments.

          • Induction: Automatic water filling
        • Condensate Handling

          • Both: Anti-condensate trays below each idly tray
          • Electric: Door condensate drain tray
          • Induction: Door condensate gutter with pipe to drain

Overall, the induction model is the higher-capacity, more automated, more hygienic option for serious commercial use.

During steaming, condensate forms on the underside of each idly tray.
Without protection, that water drips onto the idlys in the tray below, causing:

        • Soggy, pale top centres
        • Inconsistent texture between levels

The condensate trays placed below each idly tray catch this dripping water, so it does not fall directly on the idlys below.
Result: better uniformity and texture across all trays.

As steam condenses on the inside of the door, water flows downwards.
Instead of dripping on the floor:

        • It is channelled into a gutter at the bottom of the door
        • The gutter is connected to a drain pipe
        • This pipe can be connected to your kitchen drain line

This keeps the area in front of the machine dry, reduces slipping hazards and cuts down on manual wiping.

        You can set P1–P10 for:

        • Different batters (e.g. regular, millet, mix)
        • Different idly sizes (standard, mini)
        • Different loads (full load vs partial)

        Once configured:

        • Staff select the appropriate program
        • Press start
        • The steamer runs the cycle as per that SOP

This is especially powerful for chain outlets and multi-shift teams.

You still ensure the main inlet water supply is available and filtered as needed, but:

        • The steamer manages its internal water level automatically
        • You no longer have to manually open the system regularly just to see if there’s enough water for steaming

It significantly reduces routine water-related interruptions.

        Yes.
The unit is designed for commercial duty, and with:

        • Induction heating
        • Auto water fill
        • SOP-based programs

it is particularly suited to multiple back-to-back batches during breakfast and tiffin peaks.

Yes, within chamber and tray constraints, you can use it (with appropriate SOPs and trays) for:

        • Dhokla / similar steamed items
        • Using the same size Thatte idly trays, you could steam Thatte idly as well
        • Some snack or pre-prep steaming
        • Light vegetable steaming

For larger or more varied steaming needs, your floor standing induction steamer may be preferable.
