  • Simple for staff to operate
  • Flexible enough to fit into different layouts

The Aeonic Buffet Station family is designed around these realities. At its core is a dual-zone induction cooker with boost mode, timer, child lock, auto pan detection and auto cut-off, all in a compact footprint. This core induction engine can then be configured as:

  • A tabletop module(PA-BS-03) for maximum flexibility
  • A drop-in insertfor permanent, flush-fit counters

        Frequently Asked Questions

        • Tabletop (PA-BS-03):ready-to-use module that sits on an existing counter.
        • Insert Module:same engine, but drops into a cut-out for a flush, permanent look.
        • Frame + GN Pans Station:complete live counter unit with the induction module plus GN-pan space for ingredients and garnishes.

You can do both. The unit is specified for cooking & heating, with boost and temperature control from 60–240 °C. Many properties use it to finish dishes, toss items à la carte or do light live cooking, and also for safe hot holding at the buffet.

No. The temperature setting and control relate to the vessel bottom temperature, not the internal food temperature. Staff must continue to use standard food-safety checks (probe thermometers, SOP timings, visual checks) to ensure safe serving temperatures.

The child lock (control lock) prevents guests or unauthorised people from changing power/temperature settings. Staff can lock it once the buffet is set, reducing accidental changes and service issues.

If there is no operation for more than 2 hours, the induction automatically cuts off, helping save energy and adding a layer of basic safety in case someone forgets to turn it off.

        • Choose Tabletop if you want maximum flexibility and use existing buffet tables.
        • Choose Insert if you are building fixed counters and want a clean, built-in look.
        • Choose the Frame + GN Pans Station if you want a complete, ready-to-roll live counter with space for ingredients and garnishes integrated.
