In cafés, live counters and compact commercial kitchens, there is constant pressure to cook quickly, repeat recipes accurately and still keep counters neat. Gas stoves are harder to control and create more heat around the operator, while basic domestic induction hobs are not designed for continuous commercial use.

The Aeonic Tabletop Induction Cooker with Timer is built specifically for this environment. The 10-step digital power control lets staff set the heat level with repeatability, and the temperature display (60–240 °C) shows the pan bottom temperature, so operators can relate their SOPs to the behaviour of the vessel on the hob. It does not represent the core food temperature, so chefs must still use their normal judgement and tools (timers, visual checks, thermometers where required) for doneness and food safety.

The integrated timer (1–180 min) helps you standardise cooking cycles—set the power and time according to your SOP and rely on the timer instead of constant manual checking. Auto pan detection and error indication mean the unit turns itself off when there is no vessel, and the display warns users when something is not right.

Under the hood, front controls, LCD display, intake fans at the bottom, exhaust fans at the rear and an anti-spill ring guard work together to keep the electronics cooler and better protected, even when the unit is used for long stretches on a busy day. Stainless-steel construction makes it equally at home in the kitchen or on a live buffet counter.

Two power variants—3.5 kW and 5 kW—allow you to select the model that best matches your menu, cookware size and daily load.

        Frequently Asked Questions

Both models share the same core design and features. The main difference is maximum power:

        • The 3.5 kW model offers 10 stages from about 350 W to 3500 W.
        • The 5 kW model offers 10 stages from about 500 W to 5000 W.
Choose the lower-power model for lighter-duty or smaller vessels, and the higher-power model where faster heating and larger pots are required.

It is designed for general-purpose cooking and heating tasks such as boiling, simmering, reheating, light sautéing and holding food at set power/temperature settings, using induction-compatible cookware.

No. The sensor measures the bottom of the pan, not the internal temperature of the food. The displayed temperature is useful for relating SOPs to pan behaviour, but operators must still exercise caution and use their own checks (visual, timing, and, where required, food thermometers) to ensure correct doneness and safe serving temperatures.

The 1–180 minute timer lets you set a fixed cooking or holding time. Once set, the unit runs for that duration according to the selected power/temperature settings, helping avoid overcooking and supporting standardised recipes and SOPs.

The cooker has auto pan detection. When no compatible vessel is detected, it automatically switches off and displays an E0 error on the screen, helping prevent unnecessary heating and saving energy.

Yes. The unit is designed with bottom intake fans, rear exhaust fans and an anti-spill ring guard around the exhaust area to help dissipate heat effectively during extended operation.

Both variants operate on a 230 V, 1-phase, 50 Hz supply and are supplied with a 2 m power cord for easier installation.

Use induction-compatible cookware with a ferromagnetic base. Optional Pradeep pots and pans (Ø 240 mm) are available as recommended accessories for best performance and fit.
