Deep frying is a core operation in most commercial kitchens—yet poorly controlled oil temperature, low-grade pans and limited safety features often lead to:

  • Inconsistent results from batch to batch
  • Faster oil degradation and wastage
  • Higher risk when staff are under pressure

The Pradeep Table Top Electric Deep Fryer is engineered to bring control, safety and hygiene into this high-load area.

The variable thermostat (0–190 °C) gives operators precise control over oil temperature, whether they are frying French fries at higher temperatures or more delicate items at lower heat. The SS 304 GN pan and SS 304 basket are robust, food-grade and easy to clean, making them suitable for repeated daily use.

On the safety side, a combination of dry-boil safety switch, thermal reset safety switch (~250 °C) and safety micro switch provides multiple layers of protection when used according to SOPs—helping protect the element and reduce risk associated with dry heating or incorrect assembly. Power and process indicators make it easier to see what the fryer is doing at a glance.

The Single Pan fryer suits compact kitchens or focused fry stations, while the Double Pan variant allows you to run two separate oil pans for different products (veg/non-veg, different flavours or different temperature bands) within the same footprint.

        Frequently Asked Questions

The Single Pan fryer has one GN pan (5 / 8 / 11 L options) and a 3 kW heating element.
The Double Pan fryer has two independent pans (2×5 / 2×8 / 2×11 L) with 2 × 3 kW heating, allowing you to fry different products or use different oil in each pan.

The thermal reset safety switch (~250 °C) is an extra protection that trips if abnormal, excessive temperature is detected. Once tripped, it must be manually reset after checking the cause, helping prevent damage from overheating or dry heating.

The dry-boil safety switch is designed to protect the system if the fryer is accidentally run with insufficient or no oil. It adds another safeguard, but operators should still follow SOPs and never intentionally run the fryer dry.

The safety micro switch ensures that the heating element receives power only when it is fitted back in its correct position. This helps prevent unsafe conditions when the element or pan have been removed for cleaning or maintenance.

Yes. The thermostat temperature controller (0–190 °C) allows you to set different oil temperatures suited to French fries, coated snacks, frozen products, etc. For best results, define SOPs for each product (temperature + time) and train staff accordingly.

Even with multiple safety features, any deep fryer should be operated under supervision. The built-in protections are there to support safe use, not to replace proper monitoring and good kitchen practices.
