Tabletop & Built-in Induction Kadai Fryer – Basic Series

The Aeonic Induction Kadai Fryer – Basic Series (PA-TWK-03 & PA-TWI-03) is a compact induction frying solution for vada, bhajji, snacks and small fried items in cafés, QSRs and live counters. Available in a tabletop version and a built-in insert version, both models offer 3.5 kW of induction power with simple stage-based control, while the built-in model adds a convenience timer for following batch SOPs.3

Important: These models do not have oil temperature probes or automatic over-temperature protection. They are designed for supervised frying only and must never be left unattended while oil is heating.

Salient Features
  • Induction Fryer for Compact Spaces
  • 3.5 kW, 230 V Single-Phase Supply
  • Stainless-Steel Construction
  • Induction-Compatible Kadai (Optional)
  • Stage Based Power Control
  • LED/Digital Display & Simple Controls
  • 2 Metre Power Cord
  • Supervised Operation, No Oil Sensors

PA-TWK-03 – Tabletop Induction Kadai Fryer

  • Countertop Placement
Sits directly on a table or counter—ideal for back-of-house snack prep or small live stations where you want a plug-and-use frying point.
  • All-in-One Body with Controls
Cooking zone and controls are on the same body for easy installation and relocation.
  • Power Control Only (No Built-In Timer)
The tabletop model provides stage-based power control and indicators but does not have a batch timer. Timing must be managed by the operator using separate timers or SOPs.
  • Best For
Cafés, QSRs and cloud kitchens needing a moveable, compact induction frying point for supervised frying.

PA-TWI-03 – Built-in Induction Wok (Insert Model, Frying Variant)

  • Drop-In / Insert Design
Built-in insert body that drops into a cut-out on the counter, giving a flush, integrated look for buffets or permanent frying stations.
  • Separate Front Control Panel
    Front-mounted control panel
on the counter fascia, with clear power-stage selection and a digital timer, while the induction body sits below the counter.
  • Integrated Batch Timer (Convenience Feature)
The built-in model includes a timer function to help follow batch times as per SOP. It is a convenience and process tool only, not a safety shut-off for overheated oil.
  • Best For
Hotels, banquets and premium cafés that want a clean built-in look at live counters or front-of-house snack stations.

Many cafés and QSRs want the benefits of induction—clean counters, no open flame, compact footprint—but still need proper frying capability for small snack batches. Domestic induction cookers are not built for this load, while floor-standing fryers may be too large for the space.

The Aeonic Induction Kadai Fryer – Basic Series (PA-TWK-03 tabletop and PA-TWI-03 built-in) is designed exactly for this middle ground. Both models provide 3.5 kW induction power to an induction-compatible kadai, with simple stage-based power control so the operator can adjust heat in predictable steps.

Where counters allow a cut-out and you want a flush look, the TWI-03 built-in model adds a front control panel with timer, making it easier to follow a standard batch time at a live counter. Where mobility or simple placement is more important, the TWK-03 tabletop version drops straight onto any suitable surface and can be relocated as needs change.

Unlike your floor-standing high-safety fryers, these basic tabletop / built-in units do not have oil temperature sensors or multi-level over-temperature trips. They behave like a controlled heat source under the kadai, not like an automatic safety fryer. That’s why continuous supervision, correct oil levels and sensible operating limits are absolutely essential in your communication and in daily use.

    Benefits of This Products

Compact Frying Power in Two Formats

    • Choose tabletop (TWK-03)for flexible, movable setups, or built-in (TWI-03) for a neat, permanent counter cut-out—both with the same 3.5 kW induction frying capability.

Cleaner and Cooler than Open Gas

    • Induction heats the kadai directly, avoiding open flames and typically making the workstation cleaner and cooler than a gas burner.

    Simple, Repeatable Power Control

    • Stage-based power control on both models makes it easier for staff to repeat the same frying routine batch after batch, rather than guessing on flame height.

    Timer Convenience on Built-in Model

    • The TWI-03 built-in version includes a timer on the front panel, helping teams follow consistent batch times at live counters, while still requiring supervision and operator judgement.

Easy to Install on Standard Supply

    • Both models run on 230 V single-phase, simplifying electrical planning for cafés, kiosks and smaller kitchens.

Clear Positioning as Basic, Supervised Fryers

    • Because there are no oil temperature probes or automatic over-temperature trips, it’s straight forward to explain that these are basic, supervised fryers, not unattended safety fryers—ideal for trained operators and controlled environments.

        Frequently Asked Questions

They are suitable for small-batch frying of items like vada, bhajji, pakoda, fries and similar snacks, using an induction-compatible stainless-steel kadai.

No. TWK-03 and TWI-03 do not have oil temperature sensors.
They do not detect rising oil temperature and do not provide automatic over-temperature cut-off. Power is controlled only by the stage setting (and time on TWI-03). Operators must monitor oil behaviour and temperature using their own judgement and tools.

No. These fryers are designed for continuous supervised operation only.
If left unattended, oil can eventually overheat and may catch fire. An operator must always be present to:

        • Watch the oil
        • Control batch loading
        • Reduce or switch off power when needed
        • PA-TWK-03 (Tabletop)– sits on a counter, all-in-one body with cooking zone and controls, no built-in timer; ideal for flexible or temporary setups.
        • PA-TWI-03 (Built-in Insert)– drops into a counter cut-out, with a separate front control panel that includes a timer; ideal for permanent, clean-looking live counters and buffet stations.

Functionally, both share the same basic approach: induction power under a kadai and stage-based power control, with the built-in model adding timer convenience.

No. The timer on TWI-03 is a convenience feature to help follow batch times. It does not monitor oil temperature and must not be treated as a fire-safety or over-temperature protection system.

They are not recommended for shallow oil levels or situations where oil can easily overheat in a thin layer. Best practice is to:

        • Use an appropriate oil depth for your product
        • Avoid running the unit empty or nearly empty
        • Monitor oil behaviour continuously

For operations that require redundant oil temperature sensing, alarm levels and trip thresholds, you should direct customers to your floor-standing high-safety induction kadai fryer range instead of these basic tabletop/built-in models.

Use only induction-compatible kadais with a ferromagnetic base. A matching Pradeep SS Kadai can be offered as an optional accessory for best performance and fit.
