The Aeonic Single Jacket Boiling Pan is built for kitchens that need stronger, more direct heat than a double jacket system, while still wanting the advantages of induction and electric tilting.
Instead of heating through a water jacket, this pan uses direct induction heat on the pan base. This allows:
- Rapid boiling and strong simmering
- Faster reduction where higher pan temperatures are acceptable
- A “more direct flame–like” heat profile, but without the open flame
Operators choose the required power stage and, if needed, set a target temperature via the digital controller. Once cooking is complete, the batch is transferred using the electrically operated tilting pan, avoiding heavy manual lifting. The hot/cold mixer tap and stainless interior support deglazing and quick wash-down between batches.
Across the family:
- Smaller pans use a manual lid for straight forward operation.
- Larger pans in the same range use an electric lid to make handling heavier lids easier in daily use.
