The Aeonic Commercial Induction Boiling Pan – Single Jacket is a bulk cooker designed for direct induction heating. It is ideal for high-volume boiling, strong simmering and reduction where higher pan temperatures and fast response are important. A rigid stainless-steel body, electric pan tilting, hot/cold mixer tap and built-in electrical protections make it a dependable workhorse for hotels, central kitchens and industrial canteens.

The Aeonic Single Jacket Boiling Pan is built for kitchens that need stronger, more direct heat than a double jacket system, while still wanting the advantages of induction and electric tilting.

Instead of heating through a water jacket, this pan uses direct induction heat on the pan base. This allows:

  • Rapid boiling and strong simmering
  • Faster reduction where higher pan temperatures are acceptable
  • A “more direct flame–like” heat profile, but without the open flame

Operators choose the required power stage and, if needed, set a target temperature via the digital controller. Once cooking is complete, the batch is transferred using the electrically operated tilting pan, avoiding heavy manual lifting. The hot/cold mixer tap and stainless interior support deglazing and quick wash-down between batches.

Across the family:

  • Smaller pans use a manual lid for straight forward operation.
  • Larger pans in the same range use an electric lid to make handling heavier lids easier in daily use.

        The pan is emptied by electrical tilting:

        • The operator uses the tilt push buttons on the control panel
        • The pan tilts forward in a controlled way
        • Product can be poured into GN pans, trolleys or other containers

        For safety, induction heating is automatically cut off while tilting.

        Heating is controlled using:

        • An 8-stage power controller with display to choose the heating level
        • A temperature controller with display and a sensor that cuts off heating beyond the set temperature for better control and protection

        Key safety features include:

        • High/low voltage protection relay
        • Induction cut-off during tilting
        • Error display to indicate abnormal conditions or faults
        • On smaller models, the lid is manually opened and closed.
