Conventional gas boiling pans also dissipate heat to the surrounding environment, raising the kitchen temperature. With induction boiling pans, your kitchen stays cooler and cleaner.
Our double jacket boiling pans are used for boiling rice, milk, vegetables, and lentils and simmering stocks, soups, sauces, and gravies with perfection. In short, any food that requires boiling. As food is indirectly heated in double-jacketed vessels, it doesn’t stick on the walls, making it easy to clean and maintain. Subsequent cooking time is faster as the water inside the jacket is already hot. The double jacket boiling pans come with pressure safety devices hence operation is safe. Apart from these, single-jacket boiling pans are also available.
Designed to tilt up to 90 degrees, our induction boiling pans come with electric tilting making food handling easier and safer. A static boiling pan with an outlet/drain valve is available upon request.
